Order Processing

We understand that receiving your new bedroom furniture promptly is key to completing your space, which is why we prioritize careful, efficient order processing. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, including a thorough quality inspection. Our team checks each Wardrobe, Dresser, and Full-Length Mirror to ensure it is intact, free from defects (such as scratches, dents, loose joints, broken drawers, or cracked glass), and properly prepared for shipping. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays, and orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

Specialized Packaging for Furniture Safety

Given the size, weight, and fragility of these furniture pieces—especially full-length mirror glass and wardrobe doors—we use specialized packaging to protect your order during transit. Wardrobes are wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap and moving blankets, with corner protectors to prevent chipping and doors secured to avoid damage. Dressers are wrapped in bubble wrap, with drawers locked in place and frames protected from dents. Full-Length Mirrors are wrapped in thick foam padding and reinforced cardboard, with glass surfaces protected by protective film to prevent scratches or cracks. All items are placed in reinforced boxes with foam inserts to minimize movement, ensuring your furniture arrives in perfect condition, ready for assembly.

Shipping Options & Timelines

We offer two flexible shipping options to suit your needs: Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) for regular orders, and Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days for an additional fee) for customers who need their furniture urgently. International shipping is available to most countries worldwide; international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government, which are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders range from 7–14 business days, with additional time may be required for larger items like wardrobes, which may require LTL (less than truckload) freight shipping.

Tracking & Support

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which may take 24–48 hours to update. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as these furniture items require secure delivery to a physical address. If your furniture arrives damaged (e.g., cracked mirror glass, scratched wardrobe doors, or stuck dresser drawers), please report it within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Address changes are only guaranteed if requested before order processing or shipping. Our goal is to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time, ready to enhance your bedroom.
